I.  JUDGMENTS ON JUDAH AND ISRAEL (chap. 1—3)

1: Samaria

Introduction (1:1) Judgment to come on Samaria and Judah

Hear O Earth” The nations and the earth called as witnesses (1:2-4)

Judgment upon Samaria (Israel) for its sins (1:5-7)

Mourning that this extends to Judah (8-16)

2: Woe
